Which softwares do you use?
My go-to software is 3ds Max, rendering with Corona or Fstorm depending on the projects nature.
For my modeling I use a mix of Max, Blender, Moi3D, Plasticity and Zbrush. Real hardsurface/industrial design projects is done with Moi and/or Plasticity, and sometimes even Zbrush if it’s purely for visual purposes.
My texturing is, in most cases done straight in Max, but sometimes Substance Painter is needed for more controll and better output.
Every project goes through Photoshop (of course) for grading, retouch and sometimes the creation of a custom matte painting for backgrounds.
My photogrammetry processing is handle by Capture Reality and Zbrush/Max for clean-up and retopology.

I’m old-school and love to talk face-to-face, but when that isn’t possible every other system (Teams, Google Meetup, Discord) works just fine.

Where are you located?
I live in Umeå, in northern Sweden, since 1999.
What is your background?
My background is primarily in industrial design. I’ve been freelancing for quite a few years doing both design projects and conceptual design. I took my firstposition as a permant employee (as a 3D artist) in 2016 when we got our first child. I spent 3 years doing architectural visualisation for real-estate and house construction companies, and then switched to the gaming industry ( as an AD and senior artist) where I’ve been for the last 5 years. I ended up leaving that industry since my real passion is in architecture, industrial design and artistic visualisation.
